Can I order now, and pay later?

All orders need to be paid in full upon checkout before programmes can be shipped.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Please select Collection at checkout and nearer the time you’ll be able to choose a collection date. Please note, collection will be charged at £3.15 to cover the handling fees.


Collections can be made between 10am – 4pm on the following dates.

UWCL – Thursday 1 June  

UEL – Friday 26 May

UECL – Monday 5 June

UCL – Tuesday 6 June

When will my pre-order be shipped?

Dispatch dates guide only.

UWCL – Wednesday 31 May

UEL – Thursday 25 May

UECL – Friday 2 June

UCL – Monday 5 June

If you order a bundle, select the (Pre-order) delivery option to receive programmes as soon as they become available (they will arrive separately).

Do I need to pay a handling charge?

We charge £3.15 for handling and fulfilment of each order, and this is included in your final postage price.

Can I choose to have split delivery?

You can opt for split delivery to have products shipped as soon as available, split shipping can be chosen at checkout.

Can I combine European Nights discounts with the wholesale discounts?

Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with online promotions, unless otherwise specified

What form of payments can I use?

At the moment we accept debit and credit card, as well as American Express and Mastercard.

Can I amend my order?

Once orders have been placed, we cannot amend them. If you wish to amend your order, please do email us at and we will cancel your order for you so you can reorder.

Programmes in my order have arrived damaged, what should I do?

We take pride in the production of our programmes, however there are sometimes print and delivery issues out of our control. We can't guarantee that every programme is in pristine condition, but we will do our best to rectify any issues you encounter. We will offer a 10% discount per programme which has damage as listed below.

Discount damage includes

- Bent / curled corners

- Printing errors such as gloss, printer marks

Not included

- Small spots/marks/scuffs

- Cover / page creasing

- Spine creasing

Please do let us know of any damage at & include photos and details of the damage. Please note, photos will be required for each programme which requires a discount

Do you ship outside of the UK?

European Nights offers international shipping. If you wish to place a bulk order with international shipping, please contact us and we’ll be able to help.
